Report content we host

Grexus hosts applications that our customers build. If you believe something we host is illegal or breaks our terms, tell us here and a person will review it. This form is for anyone — you do not need a Grexus account.

We are a hosting service established in France, so this is our notice-and-action mechanism under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act. We will confirm receipt, decide, and tell you what we decided and how to challenge it.

What happens next

A person reviews every report. Nothing here is decided by a machine, and we do not screen what our customers publish before they publish it — we act on notices after the fact.

If we restrict something as a result of your report, the customer who published it receives a statement of reasons and can contest it. You will be told the outcome either way, including if we decide the content stays.
