Terms of use
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Who we are, and what you accept
Grexus (grexus.dev) is operated by Deep IT Consulting (the “operator” — see the legal notice). By using the site or the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. The service
Grexus turns ideas described in plain language into working software: AI agents plan, build and test the application, prove the result in a live preview, and a human — you — approves what ships. The service is under active development: features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn, and use may be limited to a bounded free preview.
3. Your account, and the guest preview
You may try part of the service without an account, within limits shown as you reach them. If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Your content and your applications
Your ideas, the content you submit and the application code generated for you remain yours. You grant the operator the licence strictly needed to run the service on them (store, process, build, test, preview and display them to you and to the people you share them with). We claim no other rights over your applications.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the service only lawfully, and only to build applications that are lawful.
- Do not attempt to break out of the isolated build environments, to disrupt the service, to abuse usage budgets, or to access anyone else’s workspace.
- Do not resell or misrepresent the service as your own.
The operator may suspend or close access that breaches these rules.
6. Your AI provider key
Parts of the service run on an AI provider key you supply. That key stays governed by your contract with the provider: its costs, quotas and terms are yours. The key is encrypted at rest, used only to run your own work, and never shared.
7. AI-generated software
Software produced by AI agents can contain errors. The service is built so that nothing is “Done” until you approve it against evidence — review the preview and the evidence before you rely on, publish or distribute what was built. You are responsible for the applications you approve and for their compliance with the laws that apply to you.
8. Availability and warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without a warranty of availability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Previews are ephemeral, and the service does not host your applications in production.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damage (lost profit, lost data, lost business), and its total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event — or 100 € if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, nor the statutory rights of consumers.
10. Termination
You can stop using the service, and ask for your account and data to be deleted, at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where the law requires it.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the service does. The date above always states the current version; material changes are announced on the site or by email before they apply.
12. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably goes to the competent French courts — without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections and forums of their country of residence. Questions: contact@grexus.dev.
